Are you experiencing sadness, shame, difficulty concentrating, or social isolation? I believe that these symptoms can be treated in the context of therapy where I will help you meet realistic and personalized goals to you.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, and general and severe mental health problems. Change can only happen in relationship; and I provide counseling which is supportive, compassionate, and dedicated to guiding you to achieve personal wellness.

My approach is collaborative and strength-based. It is my goal to work with you in a safe and supportive atmosphere where I will help you learn skills to manage difficult emotions, maintain and strengthen your relationships, and thrive in the many areas of your life.
